Just as I have seen multiple times, I unboxed, followed all steps and nothing seems to work.  I plugged an ethernet cord to a laptop and tried to manually do that and it says page does not exist.  I have tried unplugging and plugging back in 3 or more times now.  Can't seem to find anything to work.  HELP!!

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Could you provide the WiFi password shown on the sticker on the bottom of the router please? I may be able to reconfigure it into a working password.

Thank you, I've actually just created a guide so you can resolve this, please see: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-the-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work

Fraser that not a secure link, I have my browser set for https only so can you create a https secure link, as no links on any website should be http any more. Thanks :)

The main page is https though as are all of the landing pages for other parts of Netduma, except support though. Why is that?

I don't handle that kind of thing but I imagine it's because it's just a knowledge base for articles so no user data is required.

Thanks Fraser. Since many modern browsers support features like HTTPS only mode it would be great to get it updated. :)
