x12Tyler Posted January 8, 2021 Share Posted January 8, 2021 I’m having issues logging into the interface for the xr 500. From the very beginning the router login.net page has kept rerouting to a different page instead of the login page for example in Firefox I’ve never been able to get the page up but in chrome it will sometimes. The issue is though I went to login to it which the info was saved and wouldn’t login, I think I may have locked myself out so I tried resetting the password and I don’t remember the security question answers so I attempted to just reset it to factory by holding the reset button down for 30 seconds and nothing ends up happening besides it rebooting and all the information staying the same so still can login to it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
