Can't access Netduma R2 setup

Hello. 
I have just bought myself a used netduma r2. 

I have connected it like this. 

ISP -> netduma -> netgear switch ->  clients (all computers and console is with cable)

Here I could not access 192.168.77.1 and http://dumaos/ at all. 

192.168.77.1 gives this error on chrome, edge and explore -> ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
http://dumaos/ gives this error on chrome, edge and explore -> DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Tried removing the switch, without luck. 

I have internet connection just fine. I have tried resetting it by holding the button 30 seconds. I have tried the 30-30-30 reset. Both didn't help.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Did you give your PC a static IP or is that what the router has assigned you?

It's possible they may have sold you one that is faulty. 

Disconnect the router from the modem & switch, just have the power connected and ethernet to your PC, can you access using either of those URLs then? If not try 192.168.1.1 please, if you set a static IP on the PC then you'd need to remove it for this IP.

Sadly, none of those steps works.

Without being able to connect via ethernet and it not really responding to a reset there isn't much we can do and as you didn't purchase from us we couldn't sort out a replacement. I'd recommend returning it to the seller as I think it is faulty.
