It’s a holiday period over here, I’m fairly sure on Monday the team will be back to work and will be working hard to get their routers shipped.

You should be getting emails either from us or DHL, the earlier you ordered e.g. 27th the earlier you will get an email. If you ordered on 30th/31st etc you'll have to wait longer for an email but someone is working through the orders right now so please check your emails.

A rough estimate would work for me because I need to plan other stuff with my ISP and they need a rough window on the router arrival.

My previous R2 order (DHL - 5763677544) was returned to seller and refunded, after arriving in my country due to correct invoice not being supplied for custom clearance (As per DHL), can Netduma ensure this will not happen with the current order #30149 ?

Hi Fraser, I am in touch with Liam over email now. Will continue further correspondence there.
