Are all devices disconnected from the internet or is it devices connected via WiFi or ethernet for example? Have you rebooted the router to see if that brings back the connection? I had reset it and it still didn’t work and I have a Ethernet cord in my computer and it’s not picking up the internet So I got into the website it was looking for connection then it says could not detect internet connection Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
