There are NG extenders but the better extenders use a backhaul channel and to achieve best performance and that requires the R2 to be in DFS which is not possible so it has a knock on effect. It’s not the end of the world. I use EX8000 extenders and they work fine but however on wireless extenders it’s worth noting DumaOS struggle with device behind it. You could however run an AP and that would give better results but again you would need to run a cable to the AP. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
