NetDuma R2 can not detect internet connection

I unplugged router and plugged back in but it could not detect an internet connection. Called provider and internet is working. Reset router and it cannot detect a connection from the start up on the 192 etc site. What next?

Please could you supply as much info as possible, ie isp provider, equipment, connection type and so on.
