I was also wondering how you can be able to set up 1 ssid having 2 really is a pain and I have to manually switch between 2.4 and 5ghz but after I tried setting up the both bands with same ssid it wouldent let me please help me!!
Newfoundland Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 Netgear use a feature called smart connect which creates the one named SSID set up but I have a feeling the XR300 may not have this feature.
Netduma Liam Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 Unfortunately, the XR300 doesn't have the Smart Connect feature, which device are you having to switch and why do you need both 2.4GHz and 5GHz for it?
