Geo filter is just messed up!

I have lost patients with this (geo filter ) it just does not perform !

Can someone help me fix this unpredictable geo filter it has a mind of its own its says I'm in USA and I'm not iv noticed it happens when i party up  with friends an i have to clear catch and all that crap and still no luck when i press the cloud button its comes up error lol what a fail when is this well needed update coming out taking way too long??????

Could you explain exactly the issues you're having exactly as it's not too clear currently.

You have to pick your own location on the map, click the house icon to do that.

Ok so its ok now because i had to allow myself !! its showing i am in Texas when i am from United Kingdomw so thats whats happening my location is wrong so when i search i get booted from game also my friends all have to start a game without me lo

You don't need to allow yourself, just put yourself in the correct location. I would recommend you follow our optimal settings guides as that will get you setup properly: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/folders/16000090646

I am also having huge problems with the Geo-Filter Rapp I am constantly getting error messages and this message on a regular basis. I’ve updated to the new firmware and did a factory reset but this message still after a couple of days reappears please help

In the System Information page go to the Rapp panel options and change the number of retries to 5 and then reboot the router. See if that resolves it please.

Just done this now and it’s taken away the message but I can’t add device now 🤔

What do you mean? What happens when you try to add a device?

This message keeps popping up, I have changed the retries to 5 and still Geo-filter keeps giving me this message and still won’t let me add a device I try clicking the add a device button too left and nothing happens

What is your exact setup? How many devices do you have connected to the router?

The whole house goes through the Netduma let’s say 20 devices it’s so sluggish I’ve only put it on and played I’ve not done any setting up other then what you’ve said to try

Disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN, reboot then see if you can load it properly please.

Seems to be doing something different tonight, keep losing internet connection. I’m connected via a modem in bridge mode. Does the picture below make any sense,

Looks like the DHCP lease renewed. In DHCP settings set the DHCP lease hours to 168 and apply and see if that helps. Clear the browser cache/cookies and see if that resolves the error message.
