Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 23, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 23, 2020 Could you explain exactly the issues you're having exactly as it's not too clear currently. You have to pick your own location on the map, click the house icon to do that.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 23, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 23, 2020 You don't need to allow yourself, just put yourself in the correct location. I would recommend you follow our optimal settings guides as that will get you setup properly: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/folders/16000090646

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 25, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 25, 2020 Looks like the DHCP lease renewed. In DHCP settings set the DHCP lease hours to 168 and apply and see if that helps. Clear the browser cache/cookies and see if that resolves the error message.
