Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 20, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 20, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I would assume you know or would have input any details such as PPPoE in to get a connection if needed as you have the XR. Have you gone through the Setup Wizard on the R2? If you connect the R2 behind the XR do you get a connection through it?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 21, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 21, 2020 Take the XR MAC address and set that on the R2, that can sometimes trick the ISP/modem into allowing a connection.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 22, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 22, 2020 Okay connect it to the XR and then in R2 WAN Settings go to static and use this information, apply it and see if you get a connection. IP - 192.168.1.50 Subnet - 255.255.255.0 Gateway - 192.168.1.
