Steven Sid Posted November 19, 2020 Share Posted November 19, 2020 I received my NetDuma R2 today and tried to set it up. Unfortunately haven’t been able to. The dumaos interface is working and I am getting packets, however it says I have no access to internet. It says WAN disconnected. I have tried to reset, factory reset, & even try to set it up through static IP. Please help me with what could be wrong. I just received my product and am disappointed that it’s not working properly. I tried almost all solutions on here and still no luck. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Some questions to help us help you: Who is your Internet Provider? What is your physical setup? e.g. R2 connected to ISP modem, all devices to R2 What is your modem/router model?
