Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 18, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 18, 2020 Reboot the router and then try immediately to upgrade when you get access again. If that doesn't work let us know and we'll get a dev to connect and apply a fix so you can upgrade.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 20, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 20, 2020 Not a problem, please enable remote support in Settings and disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN also. Do you have an open NAT for consoles on the R2? - Want to make sure you are accessible.

Okay make sure that the R2 is in the DMZ of the ISP modem/router or the ISP modem/router is in modem/bridge/passthrough modes so we can access. Will be Monday at the earliest. So the R2 is in the DMZ so disable UPnP and any firewall rules on the ISP router and we can try the fix again tomorrow.
