No internet detected. After fairly spotty performance over the last 6 weeks, the last 24 hours the R2 has stopped working 4 separate times. This was momentarily fixed with power cycle on R2. It eventually stopped entirely. I updated and factory reset and it still will not detect internet. I’ve tested the function of the modem and related cables and they work. I also noticed on the forum that this is a frustration for several users.

Flash the latest Firmware again, I did it yesterday. I had the Problem that the R2 did not recognize my Cable Modem. After I flashed/installed the latest R2 Firmware again(had it already installed), everything goes back to normal on my Side

As with any business replacements are common when you have a lot of customers so yes.
