well first off whos your provider ? what type of ethernet cables do you have and modem type that all plays a huge roll ,also did you have similar ping before changing to the R2?

Does changing modem from ISP provided modem improve ping?

yes, i changed my modem and ping overall is but more stable but before you change modem make sure the modem you plan to get is compatible with your isp

my provider is stc im living in saudi arabia cable taypes cat 6 and 7 isp modem is huawei hg4285q net type is fiber and yes i had similar ping before on netduma r1

yp ping improve only little

Considering your average ping, your Ping Under Load test is basically as good as it can get. I imagine it's so high because it is pinging 8.8.8.8 (Google), I imagine if you use speedtest.net for example it will show a lower ping. As it seems like your QoS settings are optimized you can ignore it.
