Hey I'm using the router to play FIFA 21 and it works perfectly.

First shut down your ps4. Then set up the geo filter. Add PS4 as a device and select the game in the list that will appear. The choose use recommended settings.

Regarding the polygon, the way you have set it, will allow you to connect either in Paris server or Milan server.

Where do you want to connect and which game mode do you use? Keep in mind that seasons solo is using p2p connection, while all other mode use dedicated servers.

I suppose you have set your location correctly. Also dont use ping assistance while trying to connect to a server.

This is my settings for connection to the Italian server, located in Milan. If i want to connect to another server, eg Frankfurt Germany, i delete this polygon area and draw another one in Germany.

VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure your geo filter settings are ready before you activate your console. Once the game has started and you join a server, you can't change it by changing the geo filter settings. If you start playing for example in Italy and then you want to switch to Germany, you must turn off your console, change the settings and then activate again.

For some reason, the server you are connected is the German.

Try rebooting everything.

The take the steps as i wrote above. Make sure that the whole France is in the polygon.

I think Paris is on the boarder line of your polygon. Make sure you include the whole country inside

Yes. Try google chrome, or opera, they both work fine for me. Your settings are correct. You get the France server when you connect to EA servers. But then for some reason, it matches you against players from Germany. This shouldn't happen. I'll try myself later to connect to France and see what happens.

If the above doesn't work, use the same settings with France covered but zoom out completely of the map. Then if you get that message again look very quickly on the Geo-Filter Map, there may be something blocked that you need to allow - we haven't yet tested the game for compatibility so you wouldn't normally need to do this if that's what is preventing the game.
