ken1988
Hi, I bought Netduma R2 a couple of months ago because I mainly play Pro Evolution Soccer where, unfortunately, servers are in p2p. The location of Pes servers (in addition to that dedicated to Japan) may be added to the Ping heatmap?.In addition, there is a kind of match-making filter in the game, if it is disable, Geo-Filter does not always seek within the radius. Thanks 😊
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 9, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 9, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! I have added PES21 to our list to add to the Ping Heatmap so thank you for the suggestion. If you go by the game server selection then the Geo-Filter won't be used if it is disabled so it could be anywhere. We haven't specifically tested the game yet. What ping do you get as shown by the Geo-Filter when you're not using it?
ken1988
Thank you for your reply. Usually i play with Geo-filter active ping assist at 30 ms, restricted mode and on Pes, the match-making set to balance. This puts opponents within the radius and with a maximum ping of 70ms (in Europe) lying in Italy with a maximum ping at 30ms. Unfortunately, konami has servers in p2p and bad. If the opponent does not have a good connection, the match is affected. Do you think by setting the ping assist lower I can avoid adversaries connected to wifi? From the ping chart there is a way of realising whether the opponent has an unstable connection?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 10, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 10, 2020 Ping assist also depends on what your base ping is, as the game ping will usually be 10-20ms higher than that. If you have a very low game ping then you could try 25ms. If you are connected directly to a peer you may see the ping fluctuate quite a lot if they have a bad connection.
