edwardfurlong
HI I recently changed the password to my netDuma R1 interface but have lost the password. I have tried to reset the router multiple times following the support guide but it does not work for some reason. Is there any other way I am able to obtain the password for the interface? The R1 is connected via ethernet to a BT home hub 5.

That is odd as when a factory reset is done on the original firmware it wipes the need for an interface login. Does this look like the firmware version you were using? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 8, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 8, 2020 Hold the reset button for 30 seconds then let go and wait 1-2 minutes before accessing and see if it works.
edwardfurlong
I have tried this but the the R1 does not reset. I have also tried it with all the ethernet cables plugged and unplugged. There is no reset beep when I hold down for 30 seconds or longer, the sound only happens when the R1 is turned on and off.
