Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Reboot the router and then immediately try to upgrade please.

What is your exact physical setup? - Do devices connected to the R2 get an Open NAT?

Disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN and enable remote support in Settings please.

Okay thank you, I will let a developer know so they can connect, likely be Monday at the earliest. You don't need to do anything now, once I have word that the fix has been applied I'll comment back here to tell you that its fine to upgrade.

@Netduma Fraser i am having the exact same issue, i followed all the steps above:

Rebooted and tried to update immediately.

Factory reset and tried to update immediately.

Still receiving the following:

Firmware has invalid signature, please upload a valid Netduma firmware. If you need assistance please contact Netduma Support.

EDIT: I downloaded the Firmware file from the link in the forum today:

Anything yet? its still not working

Thank you for your patience. Please try upgrading now, if it doesn't work then reboot and then upgrade and it should be successful.

Not to worry, please enable remote support in Settings. Also what is your exact physical setup - is the R2 connected to a pure modem (no WiFi) or a modem/router, if so is the R2 in its DMZ?

@Netduma Fraser Remote support is enabled. My router is connected to a modem/router and everything is connected to the NetDuma via ethernet cat8. I do not have access to add the R2 into its DMZ because Optimum is the worst company that doesnt allow you to customize anything.

However, i'm getting an open NAT type and have not had any issues except for updating firmware

Unfortunately we weren't able to access you, it might be that your IP changed between your last post and when the dev checked or it could be the ISP is blocking 7777, would you be able to talk with them to check at all?

Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser le firmware R2 avec le R1, je vous ai donné accès à la version bêta R1 maintenant.
