Hazrd
Is anyone else’s wifi keep dropping every hour or so? It’s extremely annoying because my internet drops randomly. Can I return my R2 and get a refund? I already updated it to the latest firmware and factory reset it and it’s still horrible.

wilsonbx198st
Let me know if that helped. It definitely did for me only thing is now, I get very slow speeds on wifi but hopefully the netduma team can fix that In Future updates.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 3, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 3, 2020 If that doesn't work then disable mirror mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and see if it is more stable connecting to each individually. We will be doing more improvements to WiFi.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 3, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 3, 2020 Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that. Also experiment with the widths and see what gives you good speeds/stability.
wilsonbx198st
did that and still has to be an issue with the OS, something is broken.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 3, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 3, 2020 We will be continuing to make improvements to WiFi so thanks for letting us know it is still an issue. In the meantime may be best to use another router for WiFi.
