Is this the first time accessing the router or is this a new issue that has developed? Try accessing via http://dumaos and see if that works. How are you connected to the router?

Yes is the first time I use it , I try both ways but none of them work I already factory reset as well nothing work

I’m connected to lan cable I also have try to connect by wifi and is said wrong password I use the numbers on the bottom of the router but didn’t work

I had the same problem, I got a new router from netduma today and it works now
