Quinn
Got my NetDuma R2 today... pretty cool. Unfortunately when I spoof the MAC address I do not get internet. Prior to this router I have had a Linksys and a Netgear and simply spoofing my ISP's MAC gave me instant internet access... not so with this... do we have any idea why this would be? Also, why do you guys limit us to using a 192.168.x.x address? I am unable to change those digits. I prefer a 10.0.0.1 setup for what I have running... also can't update the Router IP and DHCP on same page.... why is this? If I only change the Router IP won't I then have an issue connecting to it since it will be outside the range? Thanks in advance for any replies. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 30, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 30, 2020 Please upgrade to the new firmware released today and do a factory reset, if I'm right in thinking that should be fixed on this version: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/33236-announcement-new-r2-firmware-30179 LAN IP has also been fixed in this version so you can change it to 10.0.0.1 if you prefer. Once changed it will automatically change DHCP to account for the new IP.

Now when I spoof my ISP MAC address the Netduma did come into service. Thanks so much, will follow up if more assistance is needed!

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'setTour' of undefined Great to hear that! You can dismiss that, it's just related to the Geo-Filter tour, it should go away on its own.
