Am I Doing Something Wrong?

I cant even log in to dumaOS. also tried factry resettng. nothing. ive been having trouble all day. sometimes it would connect and when i restart,itll cme uowith sme really random problems. cant connect because there is no ip. ro just randm shit.i dont think im doing anything wrong. im pretty decent with technology. can someine help? i also went out to get a brand new router to us with the r2. a netgear cm1000v2 if it matters. im so not used to logging into a netgear as a modem. such very little options

Hi shoeprano27 , I am facing the same problem , receieved the NETDUMA R2 on 27.10.2020 , since that time I am not able to acces the router menu.

the intrnet is working, but no way to get inside the router via LAN or WIFI.

I spend many hours to find the solution on the local forum , but no positive result.

Dear Netduma team , what now ?

I do not want to chat here  10days and  leaving comments on the forum, It is needed to do some  action to resolve the problem ASAP.

because I did not receive any response  on my e-mail , I am leaving the message here.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Have you connected the router up as per the diagram in the guide?

Can you access via http://dumaos or http://192.168.77.1 ?

I can see that email support replied to your almost 2 hours ago and you replied as well and will be getting a replacement. They will sort that out for you.

no I cannot. it just hangs up and sends me to an error page how do I request a replacement?

I already emailed you guys but no response. so here I am. USPS (United States Postal Service) attempted to make a delivery to the Hawthorne, CA address (I emailed screenshots of the attempted delivery) but they said that "business closed/no access to delivery location".
