Trillonaut Posted October 24, 2020 Share Posted October 24, 2020 I am on the east coast in VA, yet the ping heat map shows all my lowest pings in the Midwest, Washington, Canada, and Malaysia is actually the lowest. I looked up the up of the Malaysia server and it’s In the correct location. My question is should I be using polygon mode to connect to these servers, based on that information or should I be using the radius? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

IPs can be mislocated which is why it is good to have them all pinged so you can find out where the best servers are regardless of where they may appear so yes I would use it to inform your Geo settings and use the Polygons to force them.
