I cant connect to the internet

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What internet provider (ISP) are you with? Have you connected the R2 blue port to one of the ISP router LAN ports? What is the ISP router model? How are you connecting to the R2 initially via the WiFi or via ethernet?
