neo1972 Posted October 22, 2020 Posted October 22, 2020 I've set up my r2 and I have WiFi no problem but no Internet to my ps4 or pc even though they are connected. I'm with virgin media. I'm literally pulling my hair out as to why this isn't working.

So all WiFi devices are fine, it's just these two devices connected via ethernet that are having trouble? Have you tried any other device via ethernet to see if they work? Have you tried different ethernet cables?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 22, 2020 Administrators Posted October 22, 2020 Is the Virgin hub in modem mode or router mode? How do you have the R2 connected to the V hub? Have you gone through the setup wizard/accessed the interface?

My cables are all new. I've tried modem and router mode and neither work. Its connected by ethernet cable and we went through the setup wizard too.
neo1972 Posted October 22, 2020 Author Posted October 22, 2020 I've reset the r2 and started from scratch but still no connection. Very odd. It's frustrating as it was advertised plug and play.
