Setting up Netduma R1 + Dumaos for the first time, Please Help

Hi guys, 

Would someone be kind enough to help me setup my Netduma R1 loaded with the Dumaos from scratch. I am not very computer savy so would really appreciate it someone could help me with this.

The only reason why i have the R1 is to help my gaming experience when playing Call of Duty on PS4.
