Horrible ping under load

I’m still having issues with my upload buffer bloat showing huge peaks , I tryed changing my isp modem back to router mode , disabling its Wi-Fi and puting my xr500 in the dmz - also a bunch of qos settings but nothing has worked , any further suggestion on what could help would be greatly appreciated

You need to use Congestion Control on Always, then adjust your upload percentage and retest, use a new percentage then retest etc until you find what lowers it the most.
