Featured Comment Debug Posted October 4, 2020 Author Featured Comment Share Posted October 4, 2020 Hi Netduma Fraser and busolof Thanks for the replies. @busolof yes - that is the way I connected using 'Credentials' from Surfshark. Anyway it is actually working now! I think I found the problem. Not sure.....? When I had trouble connecting I was 'Generating new Credentials' from the Surfshark website. This generated a new login password and I was inputting this password into the XR500 and trying to connect, but I think the new password was taking a while to refresh on the Surfshark side. If I generated new Credentials and waited for a few minutes, then it logged in. I also set the 'Ebable' button to 'Off' on the XR500, inputted the new connection details, pressed 'Connect' and then 'Enabled' the connection. I dont know if this made any difference, but by doing both of these things the router now connects. I've tried it with a few different locations and all OK........................ Strange - but seems OK now. Regards Debug
