JoeGantic Posted October 2, 2020 Share Posted October 2, 2020 I am having trouble with the device manager "block" function. When I block a device it gets blocked just fine and has no internet connection and shows as black in the device manager. However, when I unblock the device it doesn't actually unblock. It shows as unblocked and returns to red from black but still has no internet connection. Restarting the device doesn't even fix it. JoeGantic Posted October 2, 2020 Author Share Posted October 2, 2020 The original problem was with a Roku streaming box that is hardwired. I did test blocking my phone on the 2.4 wifi and that worked fine so it may be device specific. I used a Windows 10 laptop and Chrome browser to do the blocking and unblocking. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 2, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 2, 2020 Give it a reserved/static IP in Settings, then attempt to block/unblock it and see if it works correctly then.
