Lan cable constant disconnection

Hey. I have had R1 for over a year and a half and my PC time to time kept disconnecting from internet. It would happen when I'm watching a stream or something online (so its noticeable).  I have Bell Fiber and my router R1 was connected directly to modem to Wan port. During this disconnection times on PC, i would have no problem on ps4 while playing online. So now i switched to different connection set up, I have wireless pod connected to R1 and to PC and PS4. But now my ps4 keeps getting LAN Not Connected like once an hour and Device Manager and other Apps wouldn't load on R1 interface. What should i do to not keep getting disconnected from online..?. Also my router keeps spitting out following errors non stop.....
