Hello.

I bought the NETDUMA R2 and it came today.

After 4 hours I can't connect to any games and when I do it shows im offline and can't play with my friends when I use the Geo-Filter.

Also I dont see an improvement on ping. Improvements I see when I play with apps like Haste or ExitLag.

P.S: It just worked when I was writing this thread but it worked after I deleted the Device from Geo-Filter.

Geo-filter was set-up like this (picture)

Hey, welcome to the forum!

In the Device Manager change your PC to the PlayStation device type and then re-add to the Geo-Filter using manual. If you still get the same issues after that then there will likely be something blocked on the map that you will need to add to the allow list to get it working correctly whilst in filtering mode.

Hello Fraser

Thank you for your answer.

Same thing happens after I changed the device type to PlayStation. Added it back to the Geo Filter but nothing happend. Still offline.

Can you help me through the second option?

Edit: Geo-Filter doesn't even find servers around my area even though Ping Heatmap does. Still can't connect though. Still playing on Offline-mode

Do you see any icons on the map when you try to connect to anything or when you play a game? If not then quit the game/client completely. Remove the device from the Geo-Filter, flush the cloud, re-add the device, wait 2 minutes and then attempt to connect again - keep an eye on the map for anything that appears and then allow it.

Still nothing when I go ingame. Still offline from all my friends. Still can't go online and play any other game.

Tried both Filtering mode or - off

It actually just found a server and a player in Fortnite. I allowed it but still can't see any of my friends online.

This is getting frustrating.

Still offline from all your friends meaning the list on the client doesn't populate at all? Have you done any manual port forwarding rules or connected via a VPN? What other settings have you changed?

Im getting the same problem on ps4. Bought the R2. Set filter mode on and will kick me from any game I play and from loading any lobbies. The geo map shows no servers in my areas as well. This time, im being melted when I finally do get a match. Like im lagging behind, makes no sense.

Could you provide a screenshot of your entire Geo-Filter page please?

@Netduma FraserI really appreciate your response. I work customer service on the phones and email and it is tough to do what you do man. I have geo filter off since it's the only way I can play any games.

Thanks! We're like brothers from different mothers companies 🤙

What games are you playing specifically? Have you got any servers/hosts in your denied list?

So I'm playing Rogue company and apex legends. Mostly Rogue. For rogue it keeps trying to make me play on a server in middle of US, so I choose not to, I stay "searching" until it throws me  back into the main lobby to start all over. But no other servers pop up. I played 1 game last night and searched for maybe 1 to 2 hours. Love how small the R2 is.

We haven't tested Rogue Company yet so that is probably why you're getting booted. The icon in the US may be mislocated so ping it and see if it is low. We need to do some cloud updates for Apex to get that back to normal. Glad you like the design!
