Allan Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 Hello all. So i have been trying to load up Geo-Filter for over an hour now and I keep getting this error msg "This R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute." I'm not sure what is going on but I get the map on the bottom half of the screen but the top part where I choose the device it is stuck in an endless loading loop. Does anyone know what I can do to get this fixed? Allan
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 5, 2020 Administrators Posted September 5, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! If you reboot the router does that resolve it? We'll have a new firmware soon that will include improvements and should the issue return we'll have more tools to be able to diagnose the cause.
KingOfHearts Posted September 7, 2020 Posted September 7, 2020 @Netduma Fraserno. Even factory reset and cannot add anything.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 9, 2020 Administrators Posted September 9, 2020 Go to System Information and into the Rapp panel options, change the number of retries to 5 and then reboot, see if that helps please.
KingOfHearts Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Thanks it loaded back up normally. Thank you
