Ping Heatmap - Not loading Error

Hi Chaps,

It seems I have an issue where my Ping Heatmap won't loading.

After waiting a period of time I'm presented with a message saying "The operation is taking longer than expected. Please briefly wait before using Rapp"

I have tried several time over the last few weeks so I thought I'd put it out there to see if anyone can help me.

If you reboot the router does the message go away? We'll have a new firmware quite soon which will be more stable and provide us with more information for debugging if needed for the issue.

It should be loading fine, what browser/device are you using? If you reboot the router does it load correctly?

I haven’t tried rebooting yet. I realized after I posted that I was in the r2 section but this popped up in my search. I’m on a netgear xr1000.
