Mike F Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 When I select Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 on the Heat Map I am not able to ping. All servers say NA. Is this temporary?

I am seeing this as well and this can occasionally happen if the servers are not pingable for some reason, they should be pingable again so I would recommend checking in a few hours.

Mike F Posted September 6, 2020 Author Posted September 6, 2020 Heat map is still not working for Black Ops 4 on the Netduma R2. I even did a factory restore to see if it would fix it but no luck. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

I just tried to ping some of the failed ones using Command Prompt and I did get a response so I think it is something on Heatmap. I will let the team know about this and see if they can get it fixed.
