Replacement Needed. R2 Default Wifi PW Not Working

Received router Tuesday. Can not connect its wifi using the password on the label, notified as incorrect password.

I also tried the factory reset multiple times with no change.

Tried the wire connect, the PC can barely get the internet but can not access router panel using IP address.

I am asking for an immediate replacement as my issue is one and one with

Sorry to hear you're having this issue, did you try the static IP method from that topic? 

You will need to email [email protected] to pursue a refund but maybe we can resolve this before that is necessary.

Thank you for the response. I have emailed the address in hopes to ship a replacement today. I know these things happen and I am willing to give the product one more shot.

You still have just under two weeks to return for any reason and then a further two if we confirm a fault so wouldn't hurt to try and resolve it as it could be quicker then getting a replacement. It won't have been shipped today as it is after our shipping cut off time.
