Netduma app load issues

I have been having issues with Modern Warfare on PS4 and i have a lot of Latency in games. The Geo Filter shows i am connecting to servers outside of my selected circle. it would show me as dedicated server then show a second or sometimes 3rd peer or dedicated server on the map that never goes away. even when i am not in a game. after having repeated issues, i decided to flush my cloud and see if that helped. During the process, the Router became unresponsive. It never recovered. the logs say it is stuck in cleaning status. Now i can access the internet and have factory reset the Router. I have downloaded the latest firmware even though it was already up to date and re flashed the router. I am still getting the error code saying that the R-App is not available. This is for both Geo Filter and QOS APPS. 

Can anyone help me?

Could you provide a screenshot of what you're currently seeing please? Also what router are you using?

Thank you for this. What I would recommend is reuploading the firmware via TFTP as that bypasses the boot sequence and when you've done that please do another factory reset. That should make it run optimally and let us know how you get on.

Have you changed any settings in LAN or Internet Setup at all?

i just did another rest to see if that helped. it did not help. i have not made any changes to the LAN or internet setup at all. All of this started when i did a cloud flush on the Geo Filter.

That really doesn't make any sense, could you try downgrading to .40 and see if it loads properly please?

Eureka! i think we found it! i rolled back to the firmware version 2.3.2.40 and now i have geo filter and qos!

so i believe that when you do a cloud flush in Duma version XR500-V2.3.2.56 and there is any sort of interuption power goes off, wire disconnects, you reboot before it finishes, etc. that you get caught in an endless loop of the Router attempting to communicate with the server. Maybe i am wrong, but rolling back the firmware fixed it. so now i need to go back to the new firmware to see if it persist.

Ok, so the problem has returned. While gaming, the Geo Filter shows i am connected to two and sometimes three different servers at the same time. i get poor game play and Latency. this is the reason i did the cloud flush and lost Geo Filter and QOS.

Could you provide a screenshot please of what you're seeing on the Geo-Filter?

First one was during game play. Geo Filter shows no server anywhere. 2nd one Shows a server when i am not playing at all. The third one shows multiple servers connected at the same time. I have no control over who i connect to nor can i blacklist them. They return even if they are blacklisted.

Put your Ping Assist to 0. It may be better to reduce the radius slightly so you cover just the server that you want. Do this with the console off and then try again.

This forum has been simple to navigate. The other, not so much. i will start posting there, but all i see so far is people asking if they are approved for Beta and not giving feed back so much.

 I am having similar issues with the 3.0 beta as i have with the current version. R-Apps not loading,

servers not being blacklisted, showing connection to multiple host during a game, which isn't the case, and also times when no server is shown yet an active game is going on.

@MC1500MC Copying my response to your post on Netgear forum: You don't appear on the Geo-Filter yourself so that will be someone you're connected to. You're likely showing the server and a player at the same time. If there is still a connection it will appear but then disappear shortly afterwards. Device manager fixes are coming in next build. That error is because you have probably rebooted and the name of the device changed or was removed. If you add the device back with the same name or reset it will be fixed. Also please post errors on the beta build to the beta section that I gave you the link to on the Netduma forum.
