Log in to my netduma interface

Hi, i have a problem logging in to my netduma interface. 

 

For some reason my netduma router wifi light is not blinking (it means i cannot log in by using wifi). So i am connecting via ethernet (you can refer to our previous exchanges in Feb this year). 

 

So when i am about to log in, it ask for my username & password. I put the standard username & password (netdumaR1 & netdumar1) but it does not work. 

 

Could you help to reset my username & password for my router or is there any other alternative to log in to my interface?

The WiFi light doesn't blink when it is working, can you see it when you look for WiFi on your PC?

The username and password on the interface should be by default admin & password, does that work?

I am unable to access my R1 interface as well. It was working after downloading 3.0 but now I can’t access. Please help

Please clear your browser cache/cookies and you should be able to access the interface again.

I cleared both and its still not allowing access. It allows me to get to the sign in screen but that’s it. I put in user name and password hit sign in and it just stays on the screen

Did you change your username or password at all? It may be best to hold the reset button down for 30 seconds and then release, wait 1 - 2 minutes and see if you can access then.

Unfortunately I did change the user name and password. I tried the reset but still same problem.

admin and password should get you through as that's the default, does that not work?
