We need some more information in order to help you as much as possible: What is your physical setup? What speeds do you pay for? What ping do you get when doing a wired speed test? Are you using QoS - if so what settings are you using? Are you using the Geo-Filter - if so what settings are you using? What is your average ping to the game and how are you measuring it?
