Ping Fix

I know this has probably been asked a thousand times but what is best setups to get the lowest ping, i play rockect league and find my ping between 30-40 yest before i bought my XR500 it was always in the 20-30s.  i new to al the duma stuff so maybe some advise from you guys would help, im in the UK and run the netgear XR500 on 1 Gig internet

I would first suggest you follow our optimal settings guides and see what ping you get after that, let us know and we'll see if we can make it better if possible.
