XR500 Randomly drops internet connection.

My XR500 keeps losing internet connection multiple times a day. WAN and LAN. I have upgraded the firmware to the lastest but it still keeps losing connection. I tried to factory reset it but it won't connect to the internet so I can't set it back up. I was able to plug an older router into the modem and it worked instantly. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have read many other posts on this but none of the solutions on theirs have helped me.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Go to Settings > Monitoring > Connection Status, what does it say there for lease obtained/expires? When the issue happens go to System Information what does Connection Status say in the Internet Status panel?

I haven't been home much this weekend so if it has happened I haven't been around for it but I will be working from home all week so I'll check that if it happens
As for Lease obtained expires it says.

In that case in Internet Setup change it to Static instead of Dynamic and see if that helps at all.
