draco8573 Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 My XR500 keeps losing internet connection multiple times a day. WAN and LAN. I have upgraded the firmware to the lastest but it still keeps losing connection. I tried to factory reset it but it won't connect to the internet so I can't set it back up. I was able to plug an older router into the modem and it worked instantly. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Go to Settings > Monitoring > Connection Status, what does it say there for lease obtained/expires? When the issue happens go to System Information what does Connection Status say in the Internet Status panel?

Lease Obtained 0 Days, 8 Hours, 0 Minutes Lease Expires 0 Days, 6 Hours, 43 Minutes
