draco8573 Posted June 26, 2020 Share Posted June 26, 2020 My XR500 keeps losing internet connection multiple times a day. WAN and LAN. I have upgraded the firmware to the lastest but it still keeps losing connection. I tried to factory reset it but it won't connect to the internet so I can't set it back up. I was able to plug an older router into the modem and it worked instantly. Does anyone have any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Go to Settings > Monitoring > Connection Status, what does it say there for lease obtained/expires?
