mag1866 Posted May 18, 2020 Posted May 18, 2020 It's been 2 months since my Netduma R1 turned into a brick and still works. Here are my past posts in this post:http://forum.nedoma.com/topic/29899-netdoma-r1on-dumaos-want-reset/?do=find Comment&comment=241700. Recently came across a solution to this problem https://forum.netduma.com/topic/23902-r1-interface-reset . Here, a person has Mac and superhub 2ac hardware. Will this method help me solve this problem on windows? The main router Asus ac52u, no Duma I usually use in AP mode.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 18, 2020 Administrators Posted May 18, 2020 You can delete preferred networks on Windows, whether it will fix the issue or not I'm not sure. Here is a guide on how to do it for you to try: https://kb.netgear.com/29889/How-to-delete-a-wireless-network-profile-in-Windows-10
mag1866 Posted May 20, 2020 Author Posted May 20, 2020 Can you throw up any other ways to resuscitate the router ?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 20, 2020 Administrators Posted May 20, 2020 I can't think of anything other than what I've suggested to you before. You could unplug it from the power for over a day and that might help. Did you not receive an email response from us yet?
mag1866 Posted May 21, 2020 Author Posted May 21, 2020 Is it possible that the Internet provider blocked 192.168.88.1 resource?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 21, 2020 Administrators Posted May 21, 2020 The ISP wouldn't block any local IP addresses as they'd have to have that setup on the ISP hub itself and it wouldn't make any sense to do that. A few people have mentioned that using the incorrect power adapter or if it is plugged in incorrectly can cause this issue.
mag1866 Posted May 21, 2020 Author Posted May 21, 2020 I have an American version of the power supply with an adapter for European plugs.
mag1866 Posted May 21, 2020 Author Posted May 21, 2020 I connected a similar power supply unit from the router ASUS, nothing has changed.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 21, 2020 Administrators Posted May 21, 2020 Worth a try, did you receive an email response from us after your last topic?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 26, 2020 Administrators Posted May 26, 2020 Sorry about that, I've chased the team for this again.
