DumaOS not installed on the NetDuma R1 router

Hi there,

I have recently bought a Netduma R1 router (order number: ND-68491419779021) and wanted to update the DumaOS. However, after trying to do it, it turned out that the software installed on the router is MikroTik and not Duma OS - please, find a picture attached - this is on my router login page.

Therefore, I cannot use the router and I'd like to kindly ask you for either a refund or a replacement with the correct product.
