Everything set up but no internet.

Hi there,

I am a new Net Duma customer. I have followed the set up guide that comes with the router. I can connect to the network, but have no internet. I have also changed my settings to a static IP as well. Not sure where to go from this point.

Welcome to the forum

Can you let us know who your ISP is and also your physical setup i.e. Wall socket > Modem > R1 or wall socket > modem/router combo > R1, or something different.

Do you know if your ISP uses PPPoE? PPPoE requires you to enter a username & password into the R1. The R1s PPPoE settings can be found at Settings > WAN
