If you use the VPN you will not receive the full speeds for that device, however the clever part of the feature is that you can apply it to specific applications/services so for example if you were playing a PC game you could have the game go through the VPN while everything else on that device uses your normal connection and so would report your usual speeds. Hard to say exactly what speeds you would get but I think between 10-30mbps.
