Dialatech
Good Afternoon is there any reason why my XR500 would be super slow. Going from Geo-filter section to the QOS generally takes around 1- 2 Minutes or it will just give an error saying The operation is taking longer than expected. Please briefly wait before using this R-App. Even applying settings takes around 2 minutes. Also does anyone have an guide how to setup the XR500 for an connection of around 350mbps download and 20mbps upload. This used to be some great guide for the Netduma R1 router. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15, 2020 Administrators Share Posted March 15, 2020 It could be that you need to clear your browser cache/cookies or possibly a factory reset. I have roughly the same speeds as you and only have 2 people in the place and I rarely experience local congestion so unless you're hammering it I would leave it at something like 90/90 for Anti-BB. I have cleared my Cache on my browser and i only did a factory reset like 2 weeks ago. Would you recommend having the anti-bufferbloat on Always or only when high traffic is detected? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15, 2020 Administrators Share Posted March 15, 2020 Is the CPU in Sys Info running really high? It might be cache if you access the interface a lot each day. For yours use When High Priority Traffic Detected.
Dialatech
Ive been monitoring the CPU's and there are generally around 65 to 70%
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15, 2020 Administrators Share Posted March 15, 2020 That's not too bad, does another cache flush make a difference? Do you have a lot of panels pinned to the dashboard?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15, 2020 Administrators Share Posted March 15, 2020 In the System Information page in the R-App panel options change the number of retries from 3 to 5 then do a reboot, does that improve it at all?
