I follow the instructions but come up with this error in my log.... also unable to upload the openvpn file. I'm never prompted to Thu Jan 2 20:33:23 2020 disabling NCP mode (--ncp-disable) because not in P2MP client or server mode Options error: You must define TUN/TAP device (--dev) Use --help for more information. Are these the instructions you've followed? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000087492--dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-hybrid-vpn If you choose advanced rather than using the basic setup then it will give you a big text box to paste the config file into and then you input your username/password and it should connect.
