Internet Red LED Light

I own the Netgear Nighthawk XR500 and recently, the internet light has turned red. I have tried all the troubleshooting processes, and eventually I got to the final process which is the factory reset. However, after i factory reset my router, the light is still orange, I cannot connect to the internet at allĀ

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Have you gone through the setup wizard? Does it detect internet and the method needed to connect? Do you know if you require PPPoE or VLAN? How do you have it connected to your existing modem/router?
