MattGotIce Posted November 16, 2019 Share Posted November 16, 2019 I own the Netgear Nighthawk XR500 and recently, the internet light has turned red. I have tried all the troubleshooting processes, and eventually I got to the final process which is the factory reset. Does it detect internet and the method needed to connect? Do you know if you require PPPoE or VLAN? How do you have it connected to your existing modem/router?
