Gigabit Speed not working

Hi

I have a Gigabit connection.  When tested directly in modem I am getting 950 Download and 52 Upload.  But in R1 I not even  getting 200 Download and upload I am getting 49.

Do I need to change any settings?

You won't be able to hit gigabit, in a perfect lab setting it can hit up to 800mbps but you're very unlikely to get that in a real world scenario but you should be able to get to more than 200.
